As a Business Support Analyst within the Data Access Governance Team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks and projects related to user access and entitlements for applications and shared folders. Your responsibilities will include assisting the Manager with quarterly user access certifications, handling internal and external audit requests, and managing action plans for user access and application ownership. You'll also work on technology projects as assigned, requiring strong customer service skills and the ability to perform under pressure. The role involves working independently and collaborating with various levels of Operations teams to complete assigned tasks and projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and govern application user access and entitlements
- Develop logical access templates for applications and shared folders by line of business
- Review and approve new user access entitlements
- Create detailed user access request guides for operations teams
- Participate in projects related to user access entitlements, including automation and profile analysis
- Gather information for audits and certifications
- Report monthly metrics
- Contribute to technology projects related to infrastructure and transmissions
- Exercise initiative and independent judgment in coordinating and prioritizing work
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field, with 3+ years of industry experience
- Knowledge of identity and access management processes, including access controls, entitlement certification, and user access removal
- Ability to coordinate issues and practices across regions and divisions
- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently and prioritize assignments for timely completion
- Proficiency with MS Office products, especially Excel and Word
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
- Experience with JPM Fund Services applications and user access request tools (RSAM, IBID, SNOW) is beneficial but not mandatory
- Experience in user access controls and application entitlements
