We’re looking for a Business Process Senior Associate to join our Insurance Operations team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to manage new personal account set up for mortgage products and handles subsequent requests once the account has been opened which include simple financial transactions and all non-financial transactions up to property discharge and account closing.

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Accountable for all in good order (IGO) transactions for mortgage worktypes  while working within prescribed accuracy, productivity and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Accountable for all in good order (IGO) non-financial transactions and straightforward financial transactions for Mortgage products.
  • Work directly with business unit in response to issues and questions regarding Manulife Bank's products and processes.
  • Follow AML guidelines and ensure enhanced due to diligence is applied for Politically Exposed Person, High Risk Clients and Bank regulations
  • Flexibility to work overtime during peak seasons and in high volume situations.

Required Qualifications: 

  • Open to fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree  
  • Undergraduates may also apply, provided they have at least 2 years of BPO, back‑office, or administrative experience 
  • Candidates with experience in back-office operations or administrative roles are highly desirable. This includes familiarity with office management tasks, data entry, document handling, and providing general support to ensure efficient office operations. 
  • A bachelor's degree in any field is required. 
  • Amenable for fixed night shift. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools 
  • Demonstrates effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly convey information and ideas to diverse audiences. 
  • Ability to apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills in a work environment.
