The Role

Business Ops and Strategy Manager (B4)

The winning candidate is a proven strategist; analytical while also creative, and highly organized professional who will support strategy development while driving the operating cadence of a large organization to track strategy execution. This resourceful leader will apply program management and business intelligence skills to provide visibility on key initiatives and inform Executive decision making. She/he will work across the company - including the C-Suite - showcasing strong interpersonal and outstanding written, visualization, and verbal communication skills.

Winning Candidate Will:

  • Create a winning and effective operating rhythm playbook for a growing complex organization
  • Program manage key operating rhythm meetings and forums
  • Develop compelling executive communication for annual strategic planning, quarterly business reviews, and key events
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, trackers, and scorecards
  • Program manager end-to-end Tableau digitization efforts: develop / implement / manage project plans for optimum business insights; drive change management and adoption; track dashboard performance; work highly effectively with internal and external entities
  • Reinforce communication with valuable business insights (what really matters) via best-in-class analytics and dashboards; distill complex information to succinct messaging
  • Integrate seamlessly into cross-functional project teams
  • Thrive in a multi-tasking, high pressure environment serving Senior Executives and cross-divisional stakeholders

Winning Candidate Needs:

  • Bachelor's degree with 8 years of work experience
  • Semiconductor industry experience / knowledge
  • Strategic and analytical thinker; highly organized and thorough
  • Business analytics and visualization experience; proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and data visualization tools
  • Change management and branding expertise; influencing skill and temperament
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and visual presentation communication skills adaptable to all levels including C-Suite; top proficiency in PowerPoint
  • Collaborative team player with robust sense of accountability; highly proactive and results oriented

Nice to Have:

  • MBA
  • Applied Materials experience; AGS or other service experience; operations experience
  • Program management / change management certification
  • Adobe suite expertise
  • Infographics experience

U.S. Salary Range:

$124,000.00 - $170,500.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
