Modivcare is looking for an experienced Financial Data Analyst II to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing operational efficiency, optimizing business processes, and delivering data-driven insights across our Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) operations. You will combine analytical expertise with a practical understanding of service workflows to improve outcomes for members, clients, and transportation providers.
This role…Collects, analyzes, and interprets operational and financial data to uncover trends, issues, and opportunities.
Develops dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including trip completion rates, on-time performance, call center metrics, and cost efficiency.
Provides actionable insights and strategic recommendations to leadership to inform operational decisions.
Maps, evaluates, and optimizes end-to-end business processes including scheduling, dispatching, provider management, and member support.
Identifies operational gaps or inefficiencies and recommends solutions for improvement or automation.
Partners with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and best practices.
Collaborates with IT, Finance, and Operations on system enhancements and special projects.
Supports the rollout of new tools and technologies, including testing and documentation.
Documents requirements, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Serves as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure alignment on solutions.
Supports client-facing teams with reporting, compliance documentation, and insights.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field required.
Two (2) to five (5) years of experience in business analysis, operations analysis, or a related field.
Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a high attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
Well-organized with strong documentation and time-management skills.
Experience in transportation, healthcare, logistics, or NEMT preferred.
Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS), call center platforms, or scheduling systems preferred.
Lean Six Sigma or process improvement training/certification preferred.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a focus on service quality and customer experience.
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000
