Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Support General Manager across all aspects of business operations in Latin America Sales Entity.
  • Manage reporting and operational execution related to beauty products (Nail, Lash, and other categories).
  • Monitor sales performance, inventory, and P&L, and report regularly to HQ.
  • Drive improvements in policies, processes, and systems to enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with local HR, Finance, and Legal functions to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in planning and executing key projects (e.g., new product launches, channel expansion).
  • Facilitate effective communication and alignment between HQ, global teams, and local operations.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in business operations, sales management, or corporate support.
  • Fluency in Korean (required); business-level English proficiency.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities (Excel and other tools).

Preferred

  • Industry background in Beauty or FMCG.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP, BI tools, or equivalent ERP/reporting systems.
  • Fluency in Spanish.
  • Understanding of Mexico and Latin America market.
  • Prior overseas or multinational work experience.
  • Demonstrated teamwork and leadership in multicultural environments.
  • Experience leading new product launches or market expansion projects.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Work Experience:Experience Range III: 4 - 8 years of relevant experience or industry exposure in a related field

The anticipated compensation range is

69,000.00 - 137,000.00 USD Annual

Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
