Business Operation Manager_Latin America Sales Entity

Job Description Summary:The Operations Manager supports the General Manager of Latin America Sales Entity in overseeing all aspects of business operations, including reporting, performance monitoring, and execution across beauty product categories. The role drives policy and process improvements, ensures smooth collaboration with HR, Finance, and Legal, and facilitates alignment between HQ, global teams, and local operations.
This position is based in Latin America.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Support General Manager across all aspects of business operations in Latin America Sales Entity.
• Manage reporting and operational execution related to beauty products (Nail, Lash, and other categories).
• Monitor sales performance, inventory, and P&L, and report regularly to HQ.
• Drive improvements in policies, processes, and systems to enhance organizational efficiency.
• Collaborate with local HR, Finance, and Legal functions to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in planning and executing key projects (e.g., new product launches, channel expansion).
• Facilitate effective communication and alignment between HQ, global teams, and local operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in business operations, sales management, or corporate support.
• Fluency in Korean (required); business-level English proficiency.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities (Excel and other tools).

Preferred

• Industry background in Beauty or FMCG.
• Hands-on experience with SAP, BI tools, or equivalent ERP/reporting systems.
• Fluency in Spanish.
• Understanding of Mexico and Latin America market.
• Prior overseas or multinational work experience.
• Demonstrated teamwork and leadership in multicultural environments.
• Experience leading new product launches or market expansion projects.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

The anticipated compensation range is

69,000.00 - 137,000.00 USD Annual

Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
