As a Business Management professional in our Corporate Sector, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm
Business Management support optimizes business performances by helping to drive key initiatives. We act as trusted advisors and counterweight to Business/Group Heads, and are responsible for identifying, escalating, and mitigating business risks. The role supports business manager which is dynamic and can vary from business to business, in line with the priorities of the different lines of business.
As an analyst supporting the Internal Audit team, you will partner closely with an Audit COO to ensure execution and completion of the line of business annual audit plan with key functions including:
Job Responsibilities:
- Produce weekly and monthly decks summarizing audit plan data for internal & external stakeholders, with careful attention to detail and thematic commentary
- Support the annual planning process by analyzing audit data, preparing summary level views and perform plan input or updates as needed. Identify and analyze key risks around plan execution and assist with mitigation strategies
- Prepare materials for audit town halls and strategy working sessions. Collect and maintain policies and procedures and other resources and documentation on collaboration sites, like SharePoint
- Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis . Organize complex information in a strategic and compelling way, demonstrating strong design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint techniques
- Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and drive next steps. Project manage and deliver key work streams and tasks
- Support audit, regulatory and compliance deliverables; help drive specific action plans and deliverables within the Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) framework
- Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls, employee recognition, and strategy working sessions. Participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers, to set an agenda, looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes, services, and/or reporting.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related area
- Intermediate to advanced level ability expected in all MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables); experience with Alteryx or Tableau desired
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills. Self-motivated, tenacious and able to work with a high degree of independence
- Proven experience delivering timely, high quality presentations and/or reporting for various projects and stakeholders. Attention to detail is a must.
- Communicate effectively with key business partners
- Strong time management and prioritization skill. Synthesize large amounts of data and articulate key themes and trends
- Organize complex information in a strategic and compelling way, demonstrating strong design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint techniques.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Prior experience in Business Management or Audit preferred
