Business Management Intern

We are looking for a proactive and motivated intern to join the OTC derivatives desk. This role offers hands-on exposure to the fast-paced world of crypto trading and business development. You will work closely with traders and sales to support daily operations, client engagement, and strategic initiatives.

What you’ll be doing

• Support the trading and sales team in daily desk operations.
• Help close workflow gaps and streamline internal processes between trading, operations, and client teams.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with client interactions, leads, and deal progress.
• Coordinate and follow up with clients, ensuring timely communication and smooth execution.
• Prepare pitch materials, trade summaries, and product updates for client distribution.
• Assist with business performance tracking and reporting.
• Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.

The Ideal Candidate

• Undergraduate or graduate student in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• Strong interest in crypto markets, derivatives, or structured products.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and comfortable learning new tools.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• A proactive team player with a willingness to learn and take initiative.

What we offer

• This is a paid part-time internship - Interns will be expected to work approximately 16-24 hours per week on a flexible schedule that favors independent self-starters.
