职位描述
加入我们的团队，为IT业务提供基础运营支持。你将协助处理项目日常事务、文档管理及业务对接相关的辅助工作，在实践中了解IT咨询和交付行业运作，积累职场基础技能。
岗位职责
1. 协助整理、归档项目业务文档（如需求清单、方案初稿、客户反馈记录等），确保资料分类清晰、易于查阅。
2. 负责业务数据的基础录入与统计，用Excel等工具整理简单业务报表，为团队提供数据参考。
3. 协助对接客户及合作方的基础业务沟通，传递非技术类信息，记录需求及反馈并同步给团队。
4. 支持团队日常业务事务。
5. 收集行业基础动态信息（如IT咨询行业常见服务类型、市场基础趋势等），整理成简易信息摘要。
任职要求
1. 27届，本科及以上学历，信息管理、财会等专业优先
2. 熟练使用Office办公软件（重点是Word文档排版、Excel基础函数），会Python和VBA做数据处理。
3. 细心严谨，有良好的沟通表达能力，能高效完成团队分配的基础业务支持任务。
4. 对IT行业或咨询业务感兴趣，学习意愿强，适应团队协作模式。
5. 熟练读写英语文档，口语可正常沟通者优先。
