Johnson & Johnson Surgery is seeking a Business Excellence Student to join our team located in Nes-Ziona and/or Tel haShomer sites, Israel.

In this role you will be in charge of :

• Analysis and Maintenance of Business Performance Management and KPIs:

• Assist in the collection, analysis, and reporting of business performance data.
• Support the maintenance and development of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Contribute to the preparation of performance dashboards and reports for upper management.

• Support in Management Portfolio of Projects:

• Aid in the tracking and documentation of project statuses.
• Assist in the coordination and communication of project activities across departments.
• Support the implementation of project management best practices and tools.

• Driving Digital Transformation:

• Take an active role in digital transformation initiatives aimed at improving business processes and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for digital innovation.
• Support the development and implementation of digital tools and technologies.

• Support in Process Improvement and Lean Activities:

• Assist in identifying and analyzing process improvement opportunities.
• Support the implementation of Lean methodologies (JJPS) to enhance operational efficiency.
• Participate in Lean activities and trainings, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Responsible for communicating business-related issues or opportunities to next management level
• Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices as applicable.
• Performs other duties assigned as needed

Requirements:

• Student in Industrial and Management Engineering, Information Systems student or with an equivalent engineering degree with at least 2 years till graduation - a must
•  Availability for a 60% position is a must (the position is Hybrid) 
• High-level self-learning and working independently, ability to work cooperatively with coworkers
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Working knowledge of Excel include pivot tables, formulas, VBA and power pivot would be an added advantage
• Excellent self-learning capabilities, "Can-do" attitude, and creativity.
• Ability to work with multiple interfaces.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
