Job Overview 

As a Business Development Team Leader, you will lead a team of professionals to achieve revenue targets and expand partnerships across Thailand. Your responsibilities include team management, strategy development, and direct client engagement.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) focused on the Thailand market.
• Set and monitor individual and team sales targets, ensuring alignment with regional goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to recruit and grow IBs, affiliates, and institutional partners.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on market trends, sales techniques, and company offerings.
• Coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance partner experience.
• Analyse team performance, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management.
• Attend and lead team participation in expos, conferences, and client meetings.

• Degree in Business Management, Marketing or any other relevant field. 
• At least 5 years of experience in Forex/CFD business development, with a focus on Thailand markets, including 2 years in a team lead role.
• Excellent command of Thai and English language.
• Proven success in managing and motivating high-performing sales teams.
• Strong understanding of Thailand financial markets, IB networks, and trading regulations.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
