Who you are:

You're a highly motivated sales professional with at least 10 years of experience in IT/ITES sales, who is passionate about contributing to a high-growth AI company, creating tech for good. As a BD/Sales Lead, you'll report to the VP of India Sales & Delivery and focus on winning new business and strategically developing the India business. 

 

You will acquire and maintain the expertise needed to ensure Logically technical offers are both ambitious and realistic by engaging with our Product team and the delivery team. 

This job may require frequent travel in India or occasionally in SE Asia.

 

 

Responsibilities:

· Proactively support the sales team selling/upselling products/solutions to customers, prospects and channel partners by providing them technical expertise along all stages of the sales process, from qualification to onboarding.

· Coordinate the discussions with internal stakeholders (product managers, tech leads, delivery, marketing) to ensure relevance and quality of the technical aspects of commercial proposals and to remain abreast with the Product roadmap.

· Proactively engage with internal/external stakeholders in support of product development ideas to generate additional revenue for Logically.

· Leverage subject matter expertise to develop a deep understanding of Logicallys product offering and how to align it to our clients needs

· Plan and implement a sales strategy targeting new customer acquisition 

· Create pipeline through prospecting activities, ensuring a balanced pipeline of multiple opportunities against quarterly and annual growth targets

· Provide thought leadership, and best practices that lead to improved solution selling, strategic alignment and growth across multiple segments 

· Strategically navigate and influence stakeholders in the buying process including users, influencers and budget decision makers

· Design and deliver powerful product demos and technical presentations to prospective customers that land relevant value drivers and align to customer pain points and desired outcomes.

· Actively engage with BD and Pre Sales teams to arrive at optimum solutions to engage client needs effectively.

 

Desired Skills and Experience:

· At least 10 years of experience selling enterprise technology solutions in a fast-paced, competitive market

· Self-starter with demonstrated success working in a deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision 

· Should have adequate experience in Public Sector sales (preferable in defence, homeland security, national security etc)

· Ability to learn deep product knowledge and proven experience bringing enterprise software products to market 

· Proven enterprise software/SaaS sales/ Artificial Intelligence Solutions experience, preferably gained in fast-paced, technology and data product driven environments, is preferred.

· Strong presentation skills. Excellent cross-functional skills across sales, product and marketing.

· Should preferable be based out of NCR(National Capital Region).
