Job Summary

As a Business Development Manager, Public Safety, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and KPIs within a defined territory, focusing on our portfolio of Public Access Defibrillators (PADs) and related public safety products. This is a key role that blends strategic territory planning, business development, and customer relationship management to drive our brand’s growth and visibility.

Essential Functions

·  Execute strategic sales plans and meet KPIs in line with company objectives.

·  Conduct territory planning, structured client visits, and direct engagement

with target segments.

·  Develop new business opportunities and identify potential customers,

channels, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

·  Manage end-to-end tender processes, including proposal preparation, product

demonstrations, and interviews.

·  Promote product awareness through training, workshops, and partner events.

·  Drive regional product promotions and collaborate with business partners to

enhance market presence.

·  Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and

opportunities.

·  Maintain regular reporting using Salesforce.com and other internal tools.

Required/Preferred Education and Experience

·  Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

·  Minimum 3 years of sales experience, ideally in the medical device industry

or similar.

·  Proven track record in managing tenders, public sector accounts, or selling

capital equipment.

·  Experience working with distributors, public institutions, or emergency

services is a plus.

·  Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

·  Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
