EMPIST is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team in Greece. This onsite position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company’s growth and success.
As a Business Development Associate at EMPIST, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and supporting our sales efforts. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calling to potential clients and schedule appointments for our sales team
- Create and manage quotes for prospective clients
- Collaborate with the back office team for invoicing existing clients
- Assist in purchasing products and managing inventory
- Research and identify new market opportunities
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities
- Support the development and implementation of sales strategies
- Assist in creating marketing materials and presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets (preferred)
- Knowledge of the IT industry (preferred)
