The Business Continuity Senior Analyst is responsible for the development, implementation, and management of policies and programs that ensure the physical security and business continuity of the organization’s global real estate portfolio, the safety of employees when traveling on corporate business, and business continuity and disaster recovery planning and test execution. This role partners with Real Estate, HR, Corporate Security, Technology, Engineering, and external vendors to mitigate risk, maintain compliance, perform regular testing, and provide a secure and reliable environment for personnel and assets.
This role involves conducting risk assessments, developing and testing business continuity plans, and managing crisis situations. Business Continuity Senior Analyst also ensures compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Business Continuity Plans: This includes conducting business impact analyses, risk assessments, and developing recovery strategies for various scenarios.
- Oversee Site Security: Ensuring the physical safety and security of company facilities, including access control, surveillance, and emergency response procedures.
- Crisis Management: Leading the response to and recovery from disruptions, including coordinating communication, managing incidents, and conducting post-incident reviews.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborating with various departments and stakeholders to integrate business continuity and security considerations into all aspects of the organization.
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies related to business continuity and security.
- Training and Awareness: Developing and delivering training programs to educate employees on business continuity and security procedures.
