We are seeking a Business Assistant to join our dynamic and expanding Water Solutions team based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This position provides an excellent opportunity to collaborate across multiple business functions, gain valuable exposure, and support your ongoing professional development.
Job Responsibilities:
- Administer travel and expense claims in compliance with company policies
Provide ad-hoc support for travel documentation, including visa applications and passport renewals, for the local Water Solutions team
Manage a range of office administrative tasks related to the Water Solutions business, such as purchase requisitions, business cards, mobile services, and courier arrangements.
Perform additional duties as required to support evolving business needs
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in administrative support, including proficiency in SAP Concur, a software solution for travel and expense management
Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across functions
Self-motivated, organized, and positive in approach
Excellent time management and organizational skills
