Lead business analysis across multiple software projects: elicit, analyse and document business and system requirements; produce BRDs, user stories and process maps; facilitate stakeholder workshops; translate requirements for development; support SDLC, testing and UAT; maintain traceability and drive process improvements.

- Support internal and external audits by providing process
evidence, metrics, and controls.
- Embed quality, risk management, and controls into process
design.
Requirements
Qualifications, Experience Required:
- Relevant Degree / Diploma in IT, Business Analysis,
Information Systems or related field; or recognised Business Analysis
certification (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA or equivalent).
- Minimum 10 years’ relevant Business Analysis experience
within Software Application Development environments.
- Proven experience working on multiple projects
simultaneously.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong documentation and requirements specification
skills.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure
DevOps, Visio.
Skills Required
