We are looking to hire a dynamic Business Analyst and PMO Manager/Analyst to join our company. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all projects are running smoothly, on budget and on time. You will be part of the project teams, supporting the Project Managers and Workpackage Managers  to gather, analyze and monitor project data, as well planning and report projects status.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the PMO team, ensuring alignment with company standards and project governance;

  • Plan and implement project management strategies, using established templates, processes, and toolsets;

  • Monitor ongoing projects to ensure timely execution and successful completion;

  • Support resource allocation analysis, including monitoring resource utilization and workload distribution;

  • Prepare project status reports and dashboards for management review and decision-making;

  • Ensure project strategies and processes comply with company standards, as well as applicable legal and regulatory requirements;

  • Analyze project expenses to identify budget variances and trends, and review findings with management;

  • Collaborate closely with senior management to support the preparation of company strategy documentation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, PMO Analyst or in a similar project governance role;

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, processes and tools, ideally including Primavera software;

  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate findings into actionable insights for decision-making;

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities, timelines, and project demands;

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders;

  • Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
