About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our growing team. This role will be crucial in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will be responsible for eliciting, analysing, documenting, and managing requirements for projects related to Oracle Fusion Finance and Supply Chain modules along with Workday HCM. This position requires a strong understanding of business processes, excellent communication skills, and proven experience working with both systems

This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that our systems align with organisational goals and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to understand their business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
  • Conduct workshops and interviews to gather information and analyse current processes.
  • Document and maintain detailed business requirements documents, use cases, process flows, and other relevant documentation.
  • Develop and maintain functional and non-functional specifications for Oracle Cloud Fusion Finance and Supply Chain modules and Workday HCM.
  • Configure and test Oracle Cloud Fusion application and Workday HCM to ensure they meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain functional and non-functional specifications for other applications Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira,
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure proper implementation of solutions.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide end-user training.
  • Identify and analyse business process improvements and recommend solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle Cloud Fusion and Workday HCM updates and best practices.
  • Manage and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Proven experience working with Oracle Cloud Fusion applications, specifically in Finance (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable) and Supply Chain (e.g., Inventory Management, Order Management, Procurement) modules and Workday HCM.
  • Strong understanding of business processes related to finance and supply chain.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to elicit and document complex business requirements.
  • Experience with various business analysis methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Proficiency in using business analysis tools (e.g., Visio, JIRA, Confluence).

Preferred

  • Business Analysi certifications
  • Oracle Cloud Fusion certifications
  • Experience with data migration and integration projects
