What is the role?
As a highly organized and proactive Business Administration Associate you will provide essential support to our C-Level executives. This position is perfect for a driven individual who is eager to advance their career in business administration while gaining valuable insights into executive operations.
Some of your daily tasks will include:
- Offer strategic administrative assistance to C-Level executives
- Manage and optimize scheduling, including planning meetings and coordinating travel plans
- Assist in the creation of executive reports, presentations, and communication materials
- Act as a key point of contact between executives and both internal and external partners
- Organize and facilitate executive meetings, from preparing the agenda to ensuring follow-up actions
- Handle confidential and sensitive data with the utmost discretion
- Play a part in executing strategic initiatives and special projects that align with company goals
- Explore and recommend ways to improve executive operations for greater efficiency
What do we look for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools
