This newly created position represents an exciting opportunity to join Broadwick at a pivotal time of growth and evolution. You will be responsible for delivering Broadwick’s partnerships across our venue portfolio — including Exhibition White City, Corner Corner, Leake Street, and Troxy. This role is all about delivering exceptional partner experiences, ensuring commercial objectives are met, and activating ideas that elevate both the venues and our brand collaborations.

Reporting in the Partnerships Sales Manager, Venues you’ll be responsible for executing contracted rights, managing partner relationships day-to-day, and ensure every partnership is delivered to a best-in-class standard. You’ll thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and combine operational excellence with creative problem-solving to make sure our partners feel inspired, valued, and excited to work with us.

We are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter with excellent account management skills, who is happy to jump in on all levels of project and be comfortable working across multiple projects at once.

We’re looking for someone who is all over new trends and culturally aware, passionate about music and all aspects of art and design. You’ll also need to be adept at driving creative that cuts through the noise and engages people in a competitive field.

What you’ll be responsible for:

Account Management

  • Manage delivery and Account Management of brand partnerships across our venues of Exhibition White City, Corner Corner, Leake Street, Troxy.
  • Manage contracting, invoicing and payment tracking for all brands. Liaising with finance where relevant.
  • Work closely with the different venue teams (Ops, production, logistics, bars, marketing) to ensure all contractual rights are in place and delivered.
  • Liaise with wider Broadwick Live partnership team to deliver portfolio-wide partnerships.
  • Supporting with any Ticket Competition hosted by partners.
  • Lead on client reporting.

Event / On-site Partnership Delivery

  • Availability in the evenings / weekends during show seasons for on-site brand management.
  • Event coordination and managing of brand partners including client hospitality.
  • Supporting with load in / build across brand activations. 

Admin

  • Guestlist hospitality: Supporting guest list requests from brands and any ad hoc queries.
  • General Support & Admin such as developing new brand partnerships systems, processes, trackers etc.
  • Update team’s project management tool.

Sales

  • Support Brand Partnerships Sales Manager, Venues to identify + develop new activation ideas to upsell space in venue
  • Support across outreach for new business.
  • Developing new ideas and proposals including sales presentations, outreach, concepts + negotiation.

Other

  • Carrying out ad hoc duties when required to.
You’ll need to have:
  • Prior experience working in brand partnerships, from an agency, brand, or venue/festival background.
  • Experience delivering partnerships in a venue setting.
  • Strong communication skills and proven ability at maintaining strong client relationships across multiple partners.
  • An aptitude for working under pressure and juggling multiple high priority tasks.
  • A cool head in a fast-paced, sometimes chaotic environment. Prioritisation and time management are key.
  • Exceptional organisation, and a love for administration and process improvement and attention to detail.
  • The ability and initiative to work with clients to ensure their needs are being met.
  • The ability to work to short turnaround times, and work under pressure, with minimal supervision.
  • Be able to self motivate and self manage.
Nice to haves:
  • Prior experience working across alcohol partnerships would be beneficial.
  • A fan of electronic music is an asset but not essential.
