About Richtech Robotics
Richtech Robotics is a Las Vegas–based AI robotics company building robots for real-world work in hospitality, retail, and industrial environments. We partner with major brands, sports teams, venues, streamers, and events to bring “physical AI” into high-visibility, high-impact experiences.
Role Overview
We’re hiring a Brand Marketing Specialist to help own and execute our partnerships and event activations. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between our partners, our internal teams, and the robots we deploy.
You’ll take opportunities sourced by leadership (sports teams, festivals, large brands, conferences, etc.) and drive them from idea → contract details → activation → recap. You’ll manage partner communication, coordinate logistics, and help shape the brand experience on-site.
This role is ideal for someone with solid experience in brand marketing, partnerships, or events who’s comfortable leading conversations where the “finish line” isn’t fully defined yet.

- Lead regular partner check-ins (email, calls, virtual meetings) to keep projects moving and expectations aligned

- Be on-site for key events to:

Brand, Content & Decks
- Build and customize partner decks, one-pagers, and activation proposals in Canva (using existing templates and brand guidelines)
- Create event-specific assets (simple signage, basic graphics, slides) that match the partner and venue context
- Produce post-event recap decks highlighting outcomes, learnings, and future opportunities
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Manage multiple partners and campaigns at once, balancing short-term sprints with long-term relationships
- Keep internal stakeholders aligned through clear communication and regular check-ins
- Serve as a “translator” between visionary ideas, technical constraints, and partner expectations
- Identify bottlenecks early and proactively suggest trade-offs or prioritization changes
Requirements
- Typically 2-4 years of experience in brand marketing, partnerships, account management, or event/experiential marketing
- Proven experience managing client or partner relationships end-to-end (from onboarding to renewal or wrap)
- Comfortable leading calls with senior stakeholders and guiding conversations toward a clear outcome
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to manage multiple simultaneous projects without losing details
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams (e.g., sales, ops, creative, product/engineering)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; knows when to email, when to call, and when to get everyone in a room
- Proficiency with Canva (or similar tools) for building decks and simple marketing assets
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly for events, including some evenings and weekends
- Based in Las Vegas or willing to relocate
Nice to Have (but not required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
