Job Duties and Responsibilities
The DISH TV Brand Marketing team is accountable for driving the brand strategy, planning, messaging, and consistency across the marketing organization for both the DISH and DISHLatino brands. A big component of brand marketing includes the planning and execution of integrated advertising campaigns and experience plans. These campaigns are used to create a strong brand halo that improves perception and ultimately drives new customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead annual brand planning, communication plan, and strategic content pillar development through deployment across the marketing organization for both DISH and DISHLatino
- Lead integrated advertising campaigns for both brands, which include, but are not limited to: creative brief development, creative asset development and execution, internal routing, consumer testing, and management of in-market performance for your projects
- Steward the DISH and DISHLatino Brands by overseeing the development and maintenance of Brand Guidelines, Messaging Fact Sheets, and/or Toolkits
- Manage and develop a team of direct reports, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
- Provide direction to Social Media team, providing brand-related guidance and support as needed for both DISH and DISHLatino
- Partner with Go-to-Market, Consumer Insights, and PMO teams for strategic marketing initiative development and deployment based on long-term marketing strategies and goals
- Lead external and internal agency partner relationships and status meetings for your respective lines of business. This includes leading SOW development for creative agencies
- Manage the marketing budget, which includes budget forecasting, tracking, accruals, and optimization for your lines of business
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field is required; an MBA with a marketing focus is preferred but not required
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in Brand Management or a marketing-related field
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience managing others/teams is required
- Management of agency experience required; experience bringing a campaign to life, from brief writing to on-air execution and in-market performance tracking
- Experience with social media management, including communication strategy and oversight of social media teams and agencies
Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to influence and collaborate across various functional groups including Consumer Insights, Product, Go-to-Market, PR, Legal, and Finance
- Proven communication and presentation skills with an advanced ability to present recommendations to senior leadership
- Excels in a dynamic environment, demonstrating the ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects concurrently

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
