Job Description

The Marketing Team consists of nearly 200 people, whose effects are watched by millions of people visiting our ecommerce platforms every day. We work on a large scale, our group has over 20 million users and customers yearly. We work with 5 teams inside Allegro marketing, with highly recognized eCommerce brands such as Allegro, Mall, Mimovrste, Allegro Smart! and the largest agencies. We are constantly changing and everyone in our company has the opportunity to make a strong impact!

What will your work be like?

• You will take part in creating communication for the Allegro brand and its sub-brands, as well as its implementation in multi-channel campaigns
• You will be responsible for translating consumer insights into specific campaigns and initiatives
• You will manage a budget of several million
• On a daily basis, you will cooperate with the best creative and media agencies, with multiple markets in central europe and with other functions in the organization
• You will also focus on finding new, effective ways to reach your target audience
• You will translate your actions into numbers to measure the effectiveness of your campaigns

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in planning and implementing 360 marketing campaigns for at least 1-2 years
• Took part in creating communication strategies for brands, services or products
• Has experience working with consumer insights and translating them into communication
• Has designed and executed multiple brand activities and campaigns allowing effective product benefit communication and overcoming shopping barriers
• Is familiar with metrics such as: Top-of-Mind, consideration, GRP, CPC, ... and many others
• Has highly developed analytical skills and are able to analyse executed campaigns 
• Likes to work in a rapidly changing environment, with many partners at the same time
• Is open minded, not mind-boggling, looking for new solutions
• Has the ability to pay attention to details
• Is able to communicate effectively and with clarity both through oral and written communication
• Has a high level of creativity
• Know English very well (min. B2)
