As a Brand Manager - International Brand in the Brand Marketing team, you will lead the development and execution of brand strategies that strengthen JPMorgan Chase's reputation in EMEA and other global markets. You will work closely with cross-functional partners, translate insights into high-impact campaigns, and ensure our brand is consistently represented across all touchpoints. Your expertise will help us connect with key audiences and drive business results.
Job responsibilities
- Cultivate partnerships with internal marketing teams, providing guidance and support to deliver effective campaigns.
- Collaborate with business partners to navigate projects through internal systems and processes, ensuring smooth delivery of brand and marketing priorities.
- Manage agency selection, project management, and production to deliver campaigns that meet creative, timing, and budget expectations.
- Work with agency partners and internal creative teams to develop comprehensive campaigns aligned with business and marketing objectives.
- Develop and implement brand experience and creative guidelines for consistent brand representation.
- Partner with Insights, content, creative, and client teams to create compelling assets for target audiences.
- Provide creative feedback that challenges expectations while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Build relationships with marketers across the company to support their efforts and ensure brand consistency.
- Utilize metrics and analytics to drive campaign performance and optimize results.
- Present strategy, creative concepts, and tactics to senior leadership for feedback and approval.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Relevant marketing experience focused on brand strategy, reputation marketing, marketing communications, or advertising execution.
- Experience working with international, matrixed organizations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with global stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of creative development, campaign management, production, and executional best practices.
- Demonstrated respect and understanding of cross-regional nuances to form global strategies.
- Strategic and innovative thinker with problem-solving skills; excels in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Experience collaborating across business and staff areas at all levels.
- Flexibility to work across time zones on high-priority initiatives.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
