 The Position

Preferred location is in the UK or Switzerland but we will consider other location across North-Western-Europe.

The Brand & Customer Manager for Dermatology will support the launch readiness, and differentiation strategy of a new product through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for the launch planning and execution in the UK and Switzerland as well as product management for the existing dermatology portfolio in these markets. The role will require establishing a share of voice in a competitive market via end to end execution of omni-channel promotional campaigns in line with brand strategy and customer segments across all targeted channels working within a complex, fast paced environment, allowing you to grow and thrive at Organon.

 

You will report to the Established Brands and Biosimilars Marketing Lead and your focus will be on the UK and Switzerland with a possible extension of your role to include additional products or markets in the future.

 

Responsibilities

  • Drive Launch Excellence across Key markets within the Cluster, enabling the launch readiness and achievement of key milestones.

  • Lead an agile and productive cross functional team and maximise collaboration identifying synergistic ways of working across the key markets.

  • Develop, shape and drive product strategy, increasing demand for our products and to establish an engaging, informative and seamless customer experience.

  • Closely work with several stakeholders across the entire internal cross-functional team in the cluster, Region, or Global level to create and deliver a prioritized and focused Marketing Strategy.

  • Develop and implement omnichannel campaigns to support appropriate use of medicines and enhance engagement with healthcare professionals and ensure campaigns and projects are properly executed, optimized, measured and reported.

  • Constantly stay ahead of the latest marketing trends and technologies to guide long-term strategy

  • Attend customer visits with the field team, where appropriate, and utilise insights to shape strategic direction of the marketing plans.

  • Ensure external strategic partnerships with 3rd party providers, communication, and creative agencies to ensure we at the forefront of providing creative & informative solutions for HCP’s allowing them to make the best choice for their patients.

  • Country by country responsibility for promotional budget spend.

  • Active role in all aspects of product management, including developing and informing product forecasts and lifecycle management.

Required Education, Experience and Skills 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree;

  • At least 4 years of professional pharmaceutical product management experience in concept development, implementation, and control of marketing and digital activities at a pharmaceutical company or agency.

  • Experience across different therapeutic areas with the ability to work in a complex and multi-market setting, being flexible and dynamic to adapt and succeed in a rapidly changing environment.

  • Experienced in digital and face to face omnichannel engagement strategies and campaign development from concept to delivery and execution.

  • Strong analytical skills, ability to solve complex problems and drive change with a positive outlook.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and other cluster languages such as German or French is considered a plus.

  • Strong knowledge and experience of the Industry Codes of Practice

  • Business and Financial Acumen - good analytical skills, identifying opportunities and capitalising on them through informed insights and decisions.
