Play a key role in shaping Capricorn’s brand presence! Reporting to the Group Manager - Brand & Marketing, the Brand & Campaign Specialist is responsible for planning, executing and managing end-to-end brand and integrated marketing campaigns for their portfolio to drive awareness, Member and Preferred Supplier engagement and support Capricorn’s business objectives.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Plan and coordinate the annual campaign calendar with the wider Brand, Marketing & Experience team, and internal stakeholders.

• End-to-end delivery of integrated campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with style guides.

• Develop clear campaign briefs and collaborate with creative teams to develop visually appealing and impactful marketing assets.

• Oversee approvals, timelines, and budgets for timely, cost-effective campaign execution.

• Provide post-campaign reporting and insights to measure success and drive improvements.

• Manage the copywriting, content development and briefing processes for the development of branded material.

What You Bring

• Strong understanding of marketing principles and campaign development.

• Excellent knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including email platforms, SEO, PPC and Meta.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and articulate brand initiatives.

• Excellent organisation skills and high levels of attention to detail.

Experience That Sets You Apart

• 2+ years experience as a campaign manager, marketing manager or similar role.

• Experience in project management with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
