Fabletics is currently looking for a passionate and hands-on Brand Activations Manager to join our Team, based in Berlin, Germany.
 

About the role:

As Brand Activations Manager, you will create impactful brand experiences that bring the Fabletics brand to life across Europe. From community workouts and retail events to creator experiences, brand partnerships, and trade shows, you will manage the execution innovative activation concepts that connect with our VIP members, influencers, media, wholesale partners, and broader fitness community.

Embedded within the Brand Communications team, this role works closely with PR, Social Media, and Influencer Marketing teams and reports directly to the VP Brand Communications & Partnerships. The role also collaborates cross-functionally with our International business units and Wholesale teams to support activations with retail and strategic partners like Peek & Cloppenburg, KaDeWe, SportScheck, and others.

This role is based in Berlin, but events and activations will take place across Europe and require regular travel. Since events can also happen during mornings, evenings, and weekends, flexibility is essential. Additional working hours are compensated with time off on other days.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute the European brand activations strategy aligned with business and brand objectives, as defined by PR and Influencer Managers

  • Deliver engaging brand experiences including community events, retail activations, influencer and creator events, fitness partnerships, trade shows, and media experiences.

  • Manage end-to-end event execution including project planning, budgeting, vendor management, logistics, production, staffing, and on-site operations.

  • Collaborate closely with PR, Social Media, and Influencer Marketing teams to maximize amplification and storytelling before, during, and after activations.

  • Build and manage relationships with external partners including gyms, wellness brands, agencies, creators, venues, and event suppliers.

  • Support activations with wholesale and retail partners such as Peek & Cloppenburg, KaDeWe, SportScheck, and additional key accounts across Europe.

  • Identify innovative partnership and event opportunities that strengthen brand awareness, community engagement, and cultural relevance.

  • Own activation calendars, timelines, and reporting while ensuring flawless execution and alignment across stakeholders.

  • Travel regularly across Europe to manage and support activations on-site.

  • Work collaboratively across regional and global teams to ensure consistency of brand execution and communication.

Required Skills:

  • +2 years of experience in brand activations, event marketing, experiential marketing, partnerships, or a related field.

  • Proven experience planning and executing consumer-facing events and brand experiences.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, PR, influencer, social media, and external partners.

  • Strong understanding of brand storytelling, community marketing, and social-first event concepts.

  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and executional excellence.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on attitude and a bias toward action.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Comfortable working flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and weekends when required for events.

  • Willingness to travel frequently across Europe.

  • Passion for fitness, wellness, fashion, and community-driven brands is highly preferred.

  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
