Responsibilities:
- Design and configure Building Management Systems (BMS/IBMS), including databases and graphical user interfaces
- Develop and implement DDC programming for building systems (chiller plants, AHU, FCU, and other M&E equipment)
- Integrate various equipment and systems using open protocols (Modbus, BACnet, IoT technologies)
- Develop dashboards and visualization tools for energy monitoring and performance tracking
- Analyze system data to optimize performance and improve overall energy efficiency
- Define and document control strategies, testing procedures, and system configurations
- Prepare technical documentation, including reports, manuals, and project deliverables
- Participate in technical discussions with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and support control panel design and commissioning activities
- Support testing, commissioning (T&C), and system validation processes on-site
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in building automation or BMS engineering
- Hands-on experience with DDC programming (any major platform such as Schneider, Siemens, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, etc.)
- Practical knowledge of HVAC systems (chiller plants, AHU, FCU, VAV systems)
- Familiarity with system integration and communication protocols (Modbus, BACnet)
- Experience working on-site and coordinating with subcontractors is a plus
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
- Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
Skills Required
