Ihre Aufgaben:

Aufstellung der Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach US-GAAP und Reporting an das Konzernrechnungswesen (OneStream) für die Shared Service Gesellschaft und Unterstützung der Holding-Gesellschaft
Unterstützung im buchhalterischen Tagesgeschäft und bei diversen Berichts- und Meldepflichten (z.B. Intrastat, Statistiken)
Koordinieren des externen Finanzdienstleisters im Bereich Haupt- und Nebenbücher
Sicherstellung der ausgeglichenen monatlichen Intercompany Abstimmung von Konzernforderungen/-verbindlichkeiten
Durchführung der monatlichen und quartalsweisen SOX-Kontrollen
Unterstützung bei der Erstellung der monatlichen Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung
Erstellung der Überleitungsrechnung von US-GAAP auf HGB für den HGB-Jahresabschluss
Unterstützung in Sonderprojekten und bei Vertretungsaufgaben
Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer, Betriebsprüfer, externe Finanzdienstleister, interne Revision, Steuerabteilung, Controlling und Management
Mitarbeit bei der Prozessoptimierung im Accounting

Ihre Qualifikationen:

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit einer Weiterbildung als IHK zertifizierter (internationaler) Bilanzbuchhalter
Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen
Fundierte Kenntnisse im HGB und US GAAP sowie im (internationalen) Umsatzsteuerrecht
Sicherer Umgang MS-Office, insbesondere Excel und fundierte ERP-Kenntnisse
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
Teamfähigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Flexibilität, und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
