Resuscitation
The Acute Care Technology division of ZOLL Medical Corporation is focused on "beating heart" therapies for hospitals. Post-cardiac arrest, STEMI heart attack, and severe fever are some of the applications of ZOLL's unique devices. Fully integrated, ZOLL Circulation researches, develops, manufactures, and sells novel technologies includes ZOLL Temperature Management Solutions and TherOx SSO2 Therapy. Temperature Management Solutions empower physicians to "prescribe" a temperature and achieve it. TherOx SSO2 Therapy is the first FDA-approved therapy since the stent 20+ years ago to reduce infarct size in patients with the most severe heart attacks.

Job Summary
Oversee the commercial agreements and the bids and tenders process in the DACH region.
High levels of English and German are required for the role.
Essential functions
- Searching and monitoring tenders according to the SOA categories held by the company;
- Managing the company's registration processes in customer qualification portals;
- Complete first pass redline of bid terms for submittal per department procedures;
- Evaluate the feasibility of the tender identified, analysing the requirements of the call for tenders and verifying the company's suitability to participate in it;
- Manage all administrative operations, obtaining the necessary documentation and drafting it if necessary;
- Fill in technical and administrative questionnaires to be submitted on the tender portals;
- Monitor the progress of the tender, coordinating all company functions involved in the preparation of the technical-economic and administrative envelopes;
- Prepare all the administrative documentation requested by the entity during the tender (requests for clarifications and inspection, etc.);
- Requesting and carrying out, where agreed, access to the tender documentation and intra – procedural tender acts, with analysis of the same;
- Manage, in coordination with the sales reps and the other departments concerned, all administrative activities related to the post-award phase, supporting the various company departments and de-briefing the tender scores together with the subject matters experts and sales reps;
- Monitor and smooth the contract issuance process of the contract from the proposal, through the negotiations and execution to the fulfilment, ensuring full compliance with the timelines and deadlines;
- Manage the qualification procedure of the company's suppliers/subcontractors;
- Manage registrations and renewals in public registers;
Required/Preferred Education and Experience
- Qualification in legal or economic disciplines;
- At least two years' experience in the preparation of administrative documentation for tenders (preferably in medical device sellers, public procurement contracts).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel and Word;
