Hitachi Rail is looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated Bidding Reporting  who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate is comfortable performing a wide range of tasks from administrative to strategic. The position is based in Pistoia, Italy

Accountabilities

·         Ensure consistency and accuracy of data entered in reports.

·         Maintain and update of approval process database and related data

·         Maintain and update bid databases, dashboards, and reporting tools, ensuring data traceability and historicization

·         Management of suppliers and clients involved in the tender procedure, with completion of the related administrative and bureaucratic activities as per sales and procurement office procedures

·         Support for Bid Managers for the development of the tenders

·         Draw up periodic reports for the leadership team and internal stakeholders.

Competencies

·         Fluent in Italian and English

·         Ability to collect, process and interpret complex data from different sources

·         Familiarity with tender phases, documentation, deadlines and regulatory requirements.

·         Organization and maintenance of structured and accessible archives.

·         A high level of competence with Microsoft Office Suite, excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills
