- Escort guests to room, delivery luggage, messages, packages and any other hotel items for the convenience of the guests
- Engage guests in a friendly and professional yet warm manner
- Ensure guest is familiar with the room features upon arrival (i.e. thermostat)
- Maintain presence in the lobby, when not delivering luggage to guest room, offering assistance to guests
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds (luggage, packages, etc.)
- Approachable and professional personality
- Ability to read guests' and expect their needs
- Ability to read guests and anticipate their needs
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods at a time
