Position Overview:

We are seeking a Social Media Manager to join our team in Jakarta, Indonesia. In this hands-on role, you will lead our LinkedIn strategy, manage executive profiles, and create engaging content across platforms. The ideal candidate combines creativity with data-driven thinking and is passionate about growing a B2B social presence through impactful campaigns and compelling storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow the company’s LinkedIn business account and executive leadership profiles.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns to drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Create original content for posts, articles, and videos using tools like Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to craft clear, compelling copy for social media, executive communications, and digital campaigns.
  • Analyze performance using tools such as LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, and social media reporting platforms.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and provide insights and recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with platform trends, content formats, and algorithm changes.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing LinkedIn business accounts and executive profiles.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools.
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills in English.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience in video content creation is a strong plus.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience working in B2B or professional services industries.
  • Familiarity with other social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) is a bonus.
