Royal Canin's Digital Factory is key in achieving this strategy through the multiplicity of its practices: UX/UI, Development, Product Ownership, Market deployment, Architecture, Governance...
The Deployment Expert will have the responsibility to deploy our key strategic platforms at scale & ensure the success of those platforms (RC.COM, e-commerce platforms, B2B platforms, Pet Owner Experience platforms, …) in more than 80+ markets around the world, in cooperation with business teams, regions and markets.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's Degree in Management, e-business, Information Technology or similar
- Min 2-5 years of digital services experience
- Experience in project management without direct authority
- Management of complex digital projects, ideally across the international perimeter.
- Ability to work transversally with different teams and diverse dynamics to achieve challenging deliverables.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams composed of internal and external actors.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Solution oriented mindset.
- Self-driven mindset.
- Digital acumen and eagerness to learn.
- Fast learner, and comfortable coping with change and changing environments.
- Professional proficiency in English is mandatory.
What will be your Key Responsibilities?
- The Deployment Expert we are looking for will have the following responsibilities with the Deploy Head's guidelines:
Deploy B2B Digital services at scale:
- Influence regions & markets to deploy minimum viable product with a continuous improvement approach, define the deployment roadmap for the services together with global, regions and markets, maintain and update the roll-out roadmap once defined.
- Define and execute the standard deployment methodologies for the region or markets to accelerate the deployment and localization of the digital services (manage translations, list of values, KPIs…)
- Manage and orchestrate tasks of multiple services deployments for different markets in parallel
- Monitor & track deployment KPIs (inc. alerts) and report progress to global stakeholders regularly to secure the roadmap delivery.
- Identify interdependencies with other digital assets, highlight potential risks or malfunctions, and proactively resolve issues.
- Work with Regions and markets, architecture teams, Product & Design team, Delivery team and Integration teams to organize and execute the technical deployment (integration) of the digital service in markets within the local ecosystem.
- Provide end-to-end support to local teams to launch properly the service in order to achieve their ambition (service training, launch meeting, best practices sharing, sales material and resources deployment, customer care support…)
- Develop support documentation to facilitate and accelerate deployment activities
Ensure the success of the platform in collaboration with regions & markets:
- Animate the 'deployed regions and markets' community and organize regional/market follow up in collaboration with the business.
- Work with the business team and support markets in defining what success looks like (business objectives, number of users, active rate, …).
- Communicate with markets to provide them the most relevant information to follow their performances.
- Analyse and share market performances to continuously improve the business activation.
- Share learnings and improvements from the market with global business and Product teams to improve the service.
- Work with regions and markets to highlight and follow up local initiatives in a global context (globalization, best practice sharing, shared capabilities…).
Support the changes driven by the new digital services with cross-functional teams:
- Work with business team to provide vision and ambition behind the platform and help with change management in markets.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to support change management in markets (training, material, FAQ…).
- Coordinate the business support of the digital services (FAQ, training, tickets follow up, feedbacks tools, surveys…) with countries and the support manager.
