Position Overview

As the Data Engagement Specialist, you will be a key member of the Operations Team, supporting the Revenue department, and directly contributing to the growth of our B2B business. This is a full-time position reporting to the Manager of Audience Engagement. This is a cross-functional role that partners with our sales, customer success, legal, delivery, and finance teams to streamline our overall quote-to-order process. You will be responsible for effectively leading and processing requests for proposals and ensuring execution.

Working Hours: 9pm to 6am PHT (APR-OCT) or 10pm to 7am PHT (NOV-MAR)

Location: Philippines 

What you'll do

  • Assist in responding to Request For Proposals (RFP)
  • Regularly interface with key stakeholders to discuss current and upcoming deals in order to proactively manage volumes
  • Streamline and automate the process for non-standard deal approvals,  thresholds and rules, approver roles and responsibilities, approval routing and workflow design, automated exception alerting and communications, and the creation of a hierarchy of special terms, tips/techniques and recommended workarounds
  • Work with teammates and management to identify best practices for fulfilling deals and process improvement opportunities
  • Act as a key interpreter on issues related to deal structuring
  • Provide recommendations to management on the profitability, viability and strategic nature of specific deals
  • Assist in reviewing complex bid documents and contracts to ensure that we are able to meet all requirements from a Revenue and Legal perspective
  • Ensure that relevant deals and transactions have approvals in place and the approval metrics are kept updated
  • Ability to build, edit & trouble-shoot quotes/agreements
  • Advise Sales on pricing, standard and non-standard business terms and collaborate with impacted parties to identify acceptable options to facilitate deal closures
  • Interpret and evaluate research data in order to determine how to incorporate this within a customer pricing model
  • Prepares analytical models to evaluate strategic pricing decisions
  • Analyze customer buying patterns and compare to similar industry segments in order to optimize customer programs
  • Shepherd the deal through the sales cycle in collaboration with the appropriate cross-functional teams
  • Serves as the trusted advisor to the Sales team on deal structure and quoting, advises the team on alternative contract options, and/or value propositioning to help drive deal closure.

Who you are

  • 1+ years of demonstrated familiarity with the Enterprise SaaS/B2B Industry - Deal Desk, Order Management, Finance Operations, Sales Operations or Pricing experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with GTM Teams and other cross-functional departments
  • Strong quantitative skills and highly proficient in Google Suite,
  • Must have the ability to influence and work collaboratively at all levels of the organization, be comfortable advising senior sales management on key deals to support their business
  • Basic understanding of revenue recognition tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • A confident and determined outlook
  • Highly organized, customer-focused, innovative and strong attention to details
  • Excellent communicator, self-aware, transparent, professional, and open to feedback
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize at times of high volume in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Must have a working laptop/pc and internet and back-up connection
  • Agile professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and thrives on continuously pivoting strategies to drive business needs forward

Work authorization

Employer work visa sponsorship and support are not provided for this role. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the Philippines at hire and must maintain authorization to work in the Philippines throughout their employment with our company.

Salary Range
TechnologyAdvice seeks to hire top-tier individuals across the world and intends for our compensation to be at a rate that allows us to recruit and retain individuals who align with our core values, purpose, mission, and vision.   
Final total compensation is based on a multitude of factors including, but not limited to, skill level, relevant experience to the position, and cost of labor.

Monthly Pay Range

₱55,000₱65,000 PHP
