Associate Specialist, Logistics(1년 계약직)

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor daily logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery and inventory accuracy

• Handle documentation processes such as issuing export invoices and creating purchase orders for payments.

• Manage customs duties, including country of origin verification.

• Process duty and tax payments accurately and on time.

• Support inventory management, order management, and related documentation processes

• Prepare and submit required reports to government authorities in compliance with local regulations.

• Provide support for other logistics operations as needed.

• Analyze logistics data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost reduction.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and customs regulations.

Required Education, Experience and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field).

• 0–3 years in SCM, logistics, or related roles.

• Proficient in English for business communication.

• Preferred: Knowledge of SCM principles or logistics processes.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCP) or academic background in SCM.

• Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Excel.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Detail-oriented with good analytical skills.
