Qualification/ Experience
- A holder of a Regular BTech / MCA .
- Total experience: 5 to 7 years.
- Experience in SaaS application support, preferably in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools like Icertis.
Normal business Timings
- Typically 1 pm to 10 pm IST however participation in late evening calls with US stakeholders are expected .
Essential Icertis CLM Support experience
- Strong experience in post-implementation support, system administration, incident management, and continuous improvement of the Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform.
- Strong understanding of contract types, legal documentation workflows, and compliance frameworks. - Experience in configuring enterprise SaaS tools, preferably Icertis.
- Strong experience in Configure and manage contract templates, workflows, clause libraries, rules, and user roles.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and system integration concepts.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Experience in stakeholder management across business and technical teams.
Essential other experience
- Strong experience of working with the US / UK teams.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Subject matter expert on all things – represent product process, product organization and product escalations
- Drive for process improvement and design.
- Positive attitude under pressure, outgoing, approachable and proactive and the ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources
