ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Loyalty Programs Associate role gives the incumbent an opportunity to drive the retail promotion strategy for the brand through execution. The associate also gets to hone their analytical skills in evaluating the performance of these initiatives and presenting them at regular intervals to the RGM team. It also gives the individual an opportunity to build a network and gain visibility across different functions of the organization which can lay the foundation for future growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the sell-in and execution planning of the digital loyalty programs with strategic partners.
- Assist the Sr. Brand Programs manager in expanding reach by identifying national chains, regional chains, and other partners with the best capabilities to run loyalty programs
- Guide Key Account Manager’s and Commercial stakeholders to prepare the sell-in strategy for executing the promotions. Coordinate when needed with the JUUL account managers and chain buyers to manage the programs and with 3rd party vendors to execute them.
- Attend regular loyalty training/office hours with the sales org throughout the promotion periods to answer questions and coordinate future program sell-in with chain partners.
- Track campaign performance at the chain level, develop performance reports, and collaborate with RGM team for insights generation, and identify ways to optimize execution.
- Collaborate with internal legal and regulatory stakeholders to address obstacles as well as new opportunities that are presented by retail partners.
- Collaborate with internal trade and creative teams to develop promotional assets.
- Timely sell-in and execution of chain loyalty programs as laid out in the promotion calendar
- Measurement of the performance of different chains to identify the ones with the best execution and ROI
- Timely tracking of performance
- Analyzing the results from the programs and bring quarterly recommendations to the RGM team on how to continuously improve the chain loyalty initiatives.
PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Cross functional team project management
- Trade experience in working with retail chain accounts
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Strategic communication, planning, and execution
- Detail oriented
- Data-driven
- Powerpoint presentation building
- Strong Excel experience
- Previous experience in managing brand programs
- Familiar with Tableau
EDUCATION:
Quantitative undergraduate degree or Business undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
