The Associate, Patient Growth Marketing is responsible for implementing our marketing strategy designed to engage patients through a variety of marketing channels including direct mail, texting, and email. The Associate is responsible for launching the campaigns and driving inbound calls into Strive Health, all of which require an eye for detail and entrenchment in project management with our vendors. Launching campaigns requires a series of steps which must be met prior to launch, including working with internal partners on getting marketing approvals from our partners and educating internal teams on the campaign’s intent. The Associate is responsible for working with our graphic designer to implement changes and gain approval from our legal department. This individual will help execute on email marketing campaigns while working with our operations team on ensuring the right message is going to the right patient. This role will occasionally need to make updates to the site including removing pages, adjusting content, and form building. This role will report to the VP, Patient Growth
- Monitors and manages all marketing requests submitted from our market teams, working with our external graphic designer to handle the changes. Updates the company website.
- Executes on email campaigns to grow the number of patients engaging in Strive Health programs.
- Sets up and executes direct mail campaigns with our external printing partner, often requiring receiving cost estimates to ensure the appropriate spend is allocated to the marketing opportunity.
- Partners with Strive Health’s Product team to execute on texting campaigns to eligible patients and suggests changes based on data.
- Thoughtfully considers the patient journey in engaging with Strive Health when making marketing channel decisions.
- Assumes a project management approach to each assignment, staying on top of deadlines and meeting agreed-upon delivery dates to internal and external audiences.
- Builds presentations to gain internal approval from market teams and external approval from partners to gain their approval prior to launching the campaign.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1+ years’ lifecycle marketing experience with an emphasis on direct mail, email, and texting campaigns.
- 1+ years’ experience managing creative projects and processes with graphic designers and printing vendors.
- 1+ years’ experience with Salesforce or other CRM related applications.
- 1+ years’ experience of digital marketing, primarily in managing a website.
- Internet Connectivity - Min Speeds: 3.8Mbps/3.0Mbps (up/down): Latency 60 ms.
- Experience in a B2B2C environment.
- Comfortable with building marketing presentations to gain approval from internal and external partners.
- Previous work experience in a healthcare related field, including value-based care.
- Deep familiarity with website CMS systems, WordPress most notably.
$66,000.00-$77,000.00
