Responsibilities
Plays a key role in coordinating and executing testing activities within project teams, ensuring that testing tasks are delivered effectively and on time. Interprets business and technical requirements to identify relevant test conditions and supports the selection of appropriate testing approaches across different phases.
Responsible for preparing and maintaining core testing artifacts such as test documentation, test scenarios, and supporting data sets.
Monitors test execution, investigates issues, and works with team members to resolve defects and improve overall solution quality.
Maintains close collaboration with stakeholders to clarify expectations and ensure alignment on acceptance criteria.
Encourages the practical use of test automation where applicable and contributes to improving existing testing practices and assets.
Shares experience within the team and participates in continuous improvement efforts.
Education and Experience
Holds a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience, with proven background in software testing or quality assurance; alternatively, a Master’s degree with applicable industry exposure.
Knowledge and Skills
Has hands-on experience in testing activities across different types of projects, with the ability to adapt to varying levels of complexity.
Understands how testing fits into the overall development process and collaborates effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Able to interpret requirements, identify potential risks, and support the definition of testing scope and priorities.
Contributes to shaping test approaches, reviews specifications, and participates in creating meaningful test coverage.
Comfortable using testing tools to execute tests, document findings, and follow up on defect resolution.
Supports reporting activities and ensures that testing outputs are properly recorded and finalized at the end of project phases.
