Role Overview:

Manage new hire onboarding and induction initiatives and experience. Create and drive specific onboarding-related interventions.
Execute and program manage site-level people initiatives.
Execute and program manage site site-level engagement plan.

About the Role:

• Manage new hire onboarding and induction initiatives and experience. Create and drive specific onboarding-related interventions.

• Execute and program manage site-level people initiatives.

• Execute and program manage site site-level engagement plan.

• Partner with People Services on people policy/process communication and adoption.

• Execute people policy audits like attendance, leaves etc

• Partner in Employer branding initiatives

• Partner in Performance management initiatives

• Manage employee data records and reporting

• Support in Learning interventions and program manage internal training needs

About You:

• 1- 5 years experience

• Post Graduate in Human Resources

• Comfortable with Work from Office, Bangalore location

• Strong program management and coordination skills

• Excellent communication skills (verbal + written)

• Ability to interact confidently with employees and managers across levels

• Basic to intermediate Excel skills

• Ability to manage databases, track metrics

• Strong sense of ownership, follow-through, and accountability
