Main Accountabilities :
- Assess and develop the whole market access strategy of company all portfolios both on national level and provincial level.
- Lead the local market access evidence generation and ensure the evidence quality and recognition in the business implementation.
- Prioritize, develop and maintain long-term strategic partnership with key stakeholders and organizations at central level, Shape positive policy environment.
- Ensure that Government policies are accurately analysed and up to date as well as identify opportunities and risks for Ferring business.
- Establish professional image for Ferring by actively interacting with governments on central level.
- ·Develop and Lead and Coordinate the strategy of all market access projects, like NRDL (National Reimbursement Drug List) and CHI and EAP, etc... ·
- Generate favourable policy evidence to support all market access activities and targets,
- Develop and lead the HTA (Healthcare Technology Assessment) and HE (Health Economic) initiatives of all portfolios in China, including the global model local adaptation and local project development to support business optimization.
- Lead NRDL submission, lobby, track the progress and ensure the outcome.
- Lead VBP policy tracking and shaping, company products lobby-out or lobby-in strategy and implementation.
- Lead reimbursement and pricing policy shaping and lobbying work on national level.
- Ensure the open lines of communication between the national/provincial payers and Ferring China and timely provide payer’s position to Ferring business and portfolios.
Role related Qualifications/ Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree at least, major in Medical, Pharm background is preferable
- Minimum 5-7 year’s solid similar working experience with multinational pharmaceutical company
- Excellent lobbying and policy analysis skills and good communication
- Result-oriented, hands-on, independent and be able to work under pressure
- Fluent Bi-lingual capability and communication, Chinese and English.
