Job Summary 🧾
We’re looking for a Conversational Designer to create intuitive and engaging conversational experiences that drive customer engagement and sales. You'll own projects from concept to execution, leveraging Yalo’s products to maximize effectiveness.
Your Mission- Innovate and elevate the standard of conversational experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve business goals.
Responsibilities 🧠
- Collaborate with Product Managers, stakeholders, and engineers to understand customer needs and sales objectives.
- Design conversational flows, scripts, and prompts that align with each brand and its goals.
- Take ownership of projects from design to testing and improvements.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
- Analyze data and feedback to optimize interactions and increase conversion rates.
- Learn how to use Yalo's products to create virtual assistants.
Ideal Candidate
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills.
- Proven experience in creating engaging conversational experiences.
Job Requirements 💻
- Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Psychology, Communication, UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields.
- +4 years in conversational design, UX design, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Whimsical).
- Familiarity with conversational platforms (e.g., Dialogflow).
- Understanding of prompt engineering.
- Strong analytical skills to inform design decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a willingness to learn.
- Proactive in staying updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in conversational design and AI.
