Associate Business Programme (ABP) OverviewThe Associate Business Programme is Capco’s entry point into consulting. It is designed to develop early‑career talent into well‑rounded consultants through a combination of structured learning, hands‑on project experience, and ongoing mentorship.
As part of the programme, Associates receive training in areas such as:
- Agile ways of working
- Business Analysis & Problem Solving
- Design Thinking
- Data & Digital Fundamentals
- Project & Stakeholder Management
Associates work alongside experienced consultants on real client projects across banking, capital markets, wealth and asset management, insurance, and payments.
Who We’re Interested InWe welcome interest from individuals who:
- Are graduating students, recent graduates, or early‑career professionals
- Hold (or are completing) a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Have an interest in consulting, financial services, data, technology, or digital transformation
- Are motivated, curious, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced, project‑based environment
Previous professional or internship experience is a plus, but not required.
Skills & Attributes We ValueWhile you do not need to meet all of these today, we look for individuals who show potential in areas such as:
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Problem‑solving and critical thinking
- Ability to work well in teams and adapt to new challenges
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); exposure to tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Visio is a bonus
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- A genuine interest in consulting and financial services
- Learn about future consulting opportunities before formal roles open
- Gain exposure to a global consulting firm with strong growth across Asia
- Work on impactful projects with international and local financial institutions
