As an Associate Account Manager in JFrog you will...
- Provide direct administrative support regarding renewals and service to the Account Executives to ensure continued customer satisfaction.
- Perform routine account servicing tasks for targeted book of business which may include renewal processing, quotes generation, SF updates, track invoicing and address Back Office related tasks.
- Owning and executing a portfolio of renewal contracts in an assigned territory.
- Own, drive and manage the renewal process with customers, including renewal quotes and renewal opportunities, in collaboration with Customer Success, Finance, Legal, Deal Desk and Sales teams to ensure all contracts are accurate.
- Ensuring all renewals occur on time.
- Responsible for maintaining and updating SF for assigned book of business.
- Communicate with customer or customer liaison to ensure proper processing of designated renewals.
- Preparing the renewal quotations, invoices, and notifications.
- Bridging between Sales, Finance and Customer Success.
- Identifying growth opportunities and providing insights to the business that improve future business outcomes.
To be an Associate Account Manager in JFrog you need...
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
- Exceptional time management skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize.
- Proven problem-solving skills with ability to handle routine account servicing tasks / tight deadlines.
- Strong proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint in particular).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must.
- Public Sector Highly Preferred.
WHAT JFROG CAN OFFER…
- At JFrog, base salary is only one component of our compensation package.
- This position has a base salary range between $70,000 to $85,000. Base salary will be based on your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
- This position also includes an equity package of restricted stock units (RSU). In addition, JFrog employees are eligible to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

- JFrog embraces hybrid work: 3 days in office / 2 days remote.
- Additionally, this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments.
