Job Description

As an Assistant Relationship Manager in our Basel office, you will play a vital front-office role, partnering closely with Relationship Managers to deliver high-quality service and holistic advice to our Swiss Onshore clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing proactive support to Relationship Managers in the continuous development and management of client portfolios, with a focus on the Swiss Onshore market

  • Acting as a brand ambassador by upholding our values and fostering strong client relationships

  • Collaborating actively with internal specialists to deliver comprehensive and tailored client solutions

  • Upholding regulatory, compliance, and risk management standards in all activities

  • Working towards clearly defined individual and team targets

Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar front-office, client-supporting role

  • Demonstrated success in supporting Relationship Managers and managing client relationships

  • Solid understanding of financial products, services, and the delivery of integrated client solutions

  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and guide both clients and internal stakeholders

  • Results-driven mindset, with a high level of motivation and the ability to excel in a performance-oriented environment

  • Entrepreneurial spirit and innovative approach in identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities

  • Highest standards of professional ethics, integrity, and compliance with both internal and external guidelines and regulatory requirements

  • Fluency in German and French is required- any further language a plus
