THE JOB:
As a Quick Service Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and floor service, ensuring efficient and exceptional guest experiences within the multi-faceted food and beverage outlet areas.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Develop and implement floor plans to maximize service efficiency to ensure proper coverage and guest satisfaction.
  • · Lead and motivate a team, providing evaluations, guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance.
  • · Manage inventory, including ordering and maintaining accurate records to ensure adequate supply levels.
  • · Collaborate with Chefs on all food service, guest related experiences, and staffing matters.
  • · Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.
  • · Actively manage guest interactions to handle special requests and coordinate large party reservations.
  • · Monitor and maintain health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with all regulations.


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
  • A proactive problem-solver with a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
  • 2 plus previous leadership experience within a fast-paced food & beverage environment, preferably within the hospitality or casino industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a high-volume setting.
  • Has previous experience with inventory management and floor planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to partner with all lines of the business.
  • Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays

Pay Range:

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum - Maximum

$47,165.76 - $75,465.01

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Eligible employees have the opportunity to participate in medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans as well as 401(k) and time off plans. Specific program offerings vary by eligibility factors such as geographic location, employment status, and union membership.
