What You’ll Do
- Own the development of style guides and messaging frameworks to ensure consistent brand communication across all channels.
- Translate strategy into compelling content, providing final copy sign-off and guiding creative execution.
- Oversee production processes including version control, legal approvals, and content delivery timelines.
- Monitor campaign results and use insights to refine messaging strategies for future initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
- 5 or more years of experience in consumer marketing, ideally in the automotive, automotive aftermarket, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.

- Exhibits a proactive and highly engaged personality to build relationships.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to gather/interpret complex data and alternate between creative or analytical skills.
- Ability to work well with others, influence cross-functional work teams, and manage direct reports.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
- Knowledge of brand strategy, creative strategy, and digital media planning.
- Experience leading the execution of Marketing plans, including managing budgets and agency relationships.
- Social media or influencer marketing experience.
