We are seeking a passionate, people-oriented Assistant / Human Resources Manager to champion our team's growth and well-being. In this role, you will work closely with the HR Director to oversee daily human resources operations. Your mission is to cultivate a positive, high-performance work environment that mirrors our hotel’s deep commitment to hospitality excellence.
Key Responsibilities
As a core part of your day-to-day responsibilities, you will manage the full recruitment cycle by posting job openings, conducting interviews, and selecting top talent for various hospitality roles. You will also design and lead comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure a seamless welcome for every new hire. On the administrative front, you will oversee payroll, benefits, and social security, while taking full ownership of Visa and Work Permit management for our international staff. Furthermore, you will serve as the trusted point of contact for employee inquiries, professionally resolving grievances and maintaining accurate, confidential HR records. To keep our team inspired, you will also organize rewarding staff engagement activities and recognition programs.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
To be successful in this role, you must bring supervisory experience from the luxury hospitality industry, paired with a strong knowledge of local labor laws and keen on work permit & visa. We require excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Thai. You should be highly discreet with confidential data and proficient in HRIS and payroll software, specifically the Eagle system. Above all, you must possess a true "Service Mind" attitude and the ability to thrive in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.
