The purpose of this position is providing valuable support to the category business teams in performance management and financial strategy building.
The role will partner Foods Turkey business teams. A key role within the Finance and Foods business structure, having a holistic view on all business matters, building strategic action plans.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
- Partner with SC Leadership and Foods BU LT to drive SCC cost efficiency by setting targets, managing and driving cost improvement through transparency and insightful analyses.
- Drive SCC saving programs with R&D and SC team, ensuring the accuracy of savings calculations
- Coordinate closely with project teams to maximize savings delivery
- Coordinate with BU commercial finance team and support all SCC financial analysis as required
- Provides support in financial simulations like Pricing, Savings, Benchmarking, Innovations
- Provide insight and analysis to all relevant stakeholders (Country and BU LT) on monthly results and forecasts
- Deep-dive Risks and Opportunities in Growth and Costs
- Ensure accuracy of Financial Reports
- Provide Decision Support and Timely Analysis on High-Value Business Priorities.
- Annual and Long Term Business Planning
- New Product Launches Support
- Prepare Financial presentations and submissions for Local & Global Business Teams
- Monthly Forecast Submissions
- Monthly Financials Presentations to Foods Turkey Business Team
